The “Profile Project” was created to allow our community to search and view job profiles submitted by other community members. These are real life, no punches held, descriptions of what work is really like in other industries and positions. Sure, you will know the core competencies, but what about the hours, the perks, and the pitfalls of a job? Who has to put the PowerPoint presentation together? Who makes the copies of the proposal? Who generates the leads? Who creates the distribution plan? Who gets bagels and coffee for the team?

Please, be as candid as possible.
